Quality Assurance Manager
About this position
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for implementing and controlling performance quality monitoring throughout various processes, ensuring compliance with food safety management systems, and improving quality assurance activities.
Responsibilities
• Implement and control performance quality monitoring is carried out throughout the entire process from the receiving process, the production process, storage process & store
• Ensure the implementation of 5R, GMP, CPPOB, Halal, Quality at store
• Ensure the implementation of food safety management systems related to quality assurance activities, food safety management systems, HACCP, ISO 22000/FSSC 22000, Quality Monitoring Plans and control budgeting operations
• Make report performance reviews by daily, weekly & monthly related to quality assurance activities, food safety & quality management system, HACCP, ISO 22000/FSSC 22000, performance quality monitoring programs and adherence monitoring.
• Carry out quality assurance improvement feedback to suppliers/vendors and customer complaints
• Carry out a step-by-step validation process for new raw materials, new packaging materials, facilities and other developments.
• Monitor team performance including problem solving analysis and corrective and preventive actions and individual team development plans
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience as QA Manager from Retail and Food & Beverage Industry
• Required Skill(s): HACCP, GMP, ISO, Halal, BPOM
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ciracas, Jakarta Timur
