About this position

The Design Admin position involves data entry, project documentation, inventory control, and coordination with field teams and vendors. The role also includes preparing reports and maintaining project files.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and project progress documentation
• Control inventory and check operational costs and reimbursements
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports, MoM, and document filing
• Coordinate with field teams and vendors

Requirements

• Minimum D3 education in any field
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD is a plus
• Experience in projects or consulting and understanding design stages
