BUILDING MANAGER
About this position
The Building Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, renovation, and improvement of buildings, as well as ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for occupants.
Responsibilities
• Coordinating and supervising the renovation, maintenance, and repair of buildings periodically (Civil, Architecture, Interior, MEP, VAC, Building Automation System, and IT).
• Conducting regular building inspections and proposing reports for building repairs and maintenance work.
• Coordinating work with client staff, subcontractors, and workers.
• Creating permits, daily reports, weekly reports, and monthly reports for maintenance work.
• Proposing work methods for maintenance work and checking the quality of work after maintenance work is completed.
• Creating annual budgets and evaluating monthly budgets for maintenance work.
• Handling and resolving complaints from the Owner regarding building issues. Responding to inquiries and requests from the Owner.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for building occupants.
Requirements
• Maximum education S1 in all majors, preferably Civil Engineering/Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a building manager for Residential/Office buildings.
• Excellent Project Management Skill. Possess good leadership skills.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge and proven experience in building techniques.
