Purchasing Staff
About this position
The Purchasing Staff is responsible for managing the procurement process of goods and services, ensuring compliance with procedures, and maintaining supplier relationships.
Responsibilities
• Manage whole activities related the procurement process of goods and services according to applicable procedures.
• Ensure that goods delivered by suppliers are in accordance with the purchase order (type, merk, quality goods, amount and other specification which is must suitable with the order)
• Control the budget each department/units who ask for Purchase Order (PO).
• Responsible in looking for and comparing goods/services that units need and source new supplier for references.
• Negotiate prices and best term of payment for the company.
• Monitoring the statue of goods delivery and logistic arrangement in assigned area.
• Build good relationship with all suppliers
Requirements
• Bachelor degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Economics
• At least 1-2 years of working experience for this position
• Must have experience working in Palm Oil Company
• Having good analytical thinking, good communication with negotiation skill
• Initiative in searching information and observe what company need
