Industrial Relation Staff
About this position
The Industrial Relation Staff is responsible for developing relationships between employees and management, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and resolving disputes involving unions and management.
Responsibilities
• Developing relationships between employees and management and establishing relationships with related third parties
• Update and adjust compliance to new regulations
• Ensure compliance with company and government regulations regarding labor
• Resolve and anticipate disputes involving unions, management, employees, or government agencies
• Resolving industrial relations cases, both bipartite and mediating, at the Manpower Office (PHI)
• Conduct negotiations when handling existing cases
• Follow up on reports regarding violations of company regulations in collaboration with related parties
• Create completed case reports.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law
• Experience as Industrial Relations in an Oil Palm Plantation Company
• Must have a PERADI certificate
• Understand the UUCK and the implementing regulations related to employment
• Mastering UU 13/2003, UU 11/2020, and their derivatives
• Have experience resolving industrial relations disputes and litigation
• Understand and master the provisions and regulations of labor and industrial relations rules
• Have good communication skills and be able to work in a team.
• Willing to undertake business trips to all operational areas.
