General Affair Supervisor
About this position
The General Affair Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the procurement, maintenance, and management of all facilities supporting office activities. This role also involves handling vendors, coordinating office services, and managing office complaints.
Responsibilities
• Conduct budget analysis on procurement and maintenance all facilities supporting office activities
• Preparing monthly asset and office expenses report
• Making the inspection and maintenance procedures of the company’s facility
• Handling vendors and external agencies (lokal government, police, district government, ect)
• Assist in procurement and distribution of ATK and other work tools such as desk, chair, telephones, etc.
• Coordinate and consolidation the duty of cleaning service, office boy, driver and security
• Handling complains related to office facilities and infrastructure
• Assist and monitoring ticketing staff related to domestic and international ticket reservation and ticket determination based on User requirement (pricelist, quality, airline, etc)
• Manage the operational schedule of the company’s vehicle
Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any major
• Minimum 4-5 years experience in the same field
• Able to operate Microsoft Office
• Can work in individual or team
• Have good communication and coordination skills
• Accustomed to working under pressure
