Established in Jakarta in 1987 through its subsidary PT. Dutapalma Nusantara, PT. Darmex Agro has become one of the largest palm oil cultivation, production, exporting group in Indonesia. As one of the pioneering group of companies, Darmex Agro played an important role in making Indonesia the biggest Palm Oil producing country in the world. Since its inception, the company has expanded rapidly in acquiring lands for palm oil cultivation, establishing mills and refinery to satisfy the world's tremendous demand for the commodity. Currently, our plantations are located in Riau and Kalimantan. With a total of 8 palm oil mills in Pekanbaru, Jambi and Kalimantan, total production of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) is around 36,000 Mt each month. A large portion of the produce are being reprocessed at our refineries to create other derivatives such as cooking oil, soap noodle, RBD stearin and PFAD etc.

About this position

The Cooking Oil Marketing Staff is responsible for researching the cooking oil market in Indonesia, managing sales and distribution channels, and building customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• General research of Cooking Oil market in Indonesia
• Monitor cooking oil distribution channels until the final stage
• Carry out sales of cooking oil in bulk and/or packaging branded products
• Opening market / market penetration for new cooking oil (in bulk and/or packaging branded products)
• Responsible for building relationship with customers or potential customers to achieve company sales target
• Monitor distribution channels of retails market for cooking oil
• Responsible for administration related to sales such as Sales Contract, Delivery Order, Invoice and other supporting documents for billing
• Monitor account receivables related to retail sales of cooking oil
• Coordinate with Logistics team to arrange delivery of goods
• Analyze cooking oil retails market condition and Indonesia Law & Regulation related
• Possible to expand range of sales to export market

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing for cooking oil
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Strong and excellent communication skills
• Strong sales and marketing acumen
• Multilingual and fluently Both in English and Indonesian. (Mandarin will be Plus, Either Speaking or Reading)
• Enjoy working within Analytical and Trading Community
