About this position

Store Manager bertanggung jawab atas kegiatan operasional sehari-hari di toko, termasuk pengelolaan penjualan, inventaris, layanan pelanggan, dan tim toko.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day operational activities includes:
• process and control
• sales, inventory/ stock
• customer services
• Manage store team
• Coaching and counseling

Requirements

• Minimum education D3 degree
• Have minimum 5 years experience in retail store operations
• Strong leadership, good communication & service skill
• Have analytical thinking possess
• Proficient in English, spoken and written
• Computer Literate
• Energetic & willing to work based on retail business hours and used to work under pressure
• Willing to be relocated to other stores
• Have a pharmacist background is a good point
