Return Supervisor
About this position
Responsibilities
• Prepare pickup schedule, and coordination to vendor pickup and operation store.
• Ensuring process receiving of return item from store in proper process.
• Managing inventory management in return area as per standard.
• Prepared pick-up return to vendor by RTV number, Crosscheck RTV document VS physical item, Handover RTV document & physical itemto vendor.
• Arrange item to be disposal/write off and ensuring the process disposal in right process and proper documentation.
• Consolidate, and data reconcile return, and ensuring physically match.
• Develops and implements training, supervision, and monitoring plan to ensure that return policies and procedures are adhere to by staff.
• Makes recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of DC/eDC operations.
Requirements
• Education min. S1.
• Min. 7 years in warehouse activities, plus in retails/3PL logistics.
• Good experience in reserve logistics or return retail experience.
• Good in filling, data analysis and reporting.
