About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop and Implement StrategyDesign and execute a comprehensive loss prevention strategy across the head office, stores, and central warehouse. This includes establishing policies, procedures, and protocols to address and prevent loss.
• Lead and Manage TeamSupervise the loss prevention team, offering guidance and support. Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure the team operates effectively to achieve loss prevention goals.
• Risk Assessment and MitigationEvaluate loss data to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities. Implement strategies and measures to mitigate theft, fraud, and safety hazards, enhancing overall security.
• Collaborate Across DepartmentsWork closely with store managers, operations teams, and other departments to ensure compliance with loss prevention policies and foster a cohesive approach to managing losses.
• Oversee Incident ManagementDirect investigations into incidents of theft, fraud, and accidents. Ensure that incidents are thoroughly documented and that corrective actions are effectively implemented to prevent future occurrences.
• Manage Security SystemsSupervise the upkeep and performance of security technologies, such as CCTV and alarm systems, ensuring they are functioning optimally to protect assets.
• Budget ManagementDevelop and oversee the loss prevention budget. Monitor spending to ensure cost control and alignment with financial objectives, making adjustments as needed to meet financial targets.
• Ensure Compliance and ReportingEnsure that all loss prevention activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements. Provide regular performance reports to senior management to keep them informed of loss prevention outcomes.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in loss prevention, security, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• In-depth knowledge of loss prevention technologies and systems.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage sensitive situations with discretion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to various store locations and the central warehouse across Indonesia.
