Responsibilities
• Setting individual and team sales targets
• Achieve Sales Targets
• Execute sales programs effectively and efficiently
• Monitor the market situation
• Make offers to potential customers and follow up on offers
• Develop the Team well to achieve goals
• Monitoring sales performance each area
• Improve sales strategy of distributor or request to trade operation senior manager to change distributor in low performance area
• Coaching sub distributor’s staff in direct operation area
• Monitoring sell in and sell out performance each sub distributor
• Create sales plan and local promotion plan with sub distributor
• Managing sub distributor’s performance for distribution, merchandising and service level and request to improve if necessary
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services
• Copywriting: Responsible for compiling product manuals, solutions, promotional texts, and highlighting product features and selling points
• Work closely with the product R&D team to participate in the management of new product development, promptly respond to technical and commercial issues, and ensure the alignment of products with market demands
Requirements
• Experienced in planning and implementing sales strategies
• Good at managing and directing sales teams
• Can operate Ms Office
• Have SIM A & willing to be mobile
• Minimum 3 years experience as Senior Sales Manager in the FMCG sector
• Have presentation skills and coordination skills to communicate well with internal and external teams
• Have experience exploring and maintaining traditional and modern market segments
• Familiarity with sales processes and market operation rules, able to effectively achieve sales targets, and possess an outstanding track record of performance
• Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek area
