About this position

The Assistant Manager - Finance Accounting & Tax is responsible for overseeing the finance and accounting department's daily operations, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with tax functions.

Responsibilities

• Checking daily transaction journals in the system, analyzing financial reports
• Controlling Cash Flow
• Controlling Aging Receivable & Account Payable
• Oversee daily operations of the finance and accounting department
• Carrying out tax functions
• Supervise and carry out stock taking periodically.
• Verifying the validity of documents and filling
• Assist and establish short-term and long-term departmental goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• Have a leadership spirit
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience as an Assistant Manager in the field of financial accounting and Tax. Skills you must have: can make financial reports, understand cash flow, journals Accounting, and Tax.
• Mastering Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the Accurate program
• Able to work to deadlines, thorough, agile, honest and responsible
• Have a pleasant personality, communicative and work enthusiastically
• Ready to join immediately
