Baby Footwear Brand Manager
About this position
The Baby Footwear Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing business plans to drive sales and profitability for baby footwear products, while managing performance indicators and ensuring effective distribution across various stores.
Responsibilities
• Developing business plans, setting, and managing performance indicators for sales and profitability.
• Regularly evaluating sales and profitability, comparing actual results and forecasts to our business plan, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Assessing key performance indicators related to sales and stock, and adjusting our sales and stock strategy accordingly.
• Ensuring our products are distributed correctly across various stores, aligning sales and stock.
• Planning for new product launches, including working with the Visual Merchandising team and reviewing merchandise allocation.
• Holding regular meetings with the BOD and preparing for new store openings.
• Setting daily priorities for your team, ensuring deadlines are met, and providing mentorship to help them grow.
• Build new business focus on Baby products to new opportunities/doors/B2B.
• Handling online sales/e-commerce and social media for baby footwear products.
Requirements
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• 3-5 years of retail experience in merchandising or buying, with experience handling international brands in apparel or footwear.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
• A proactive, dynamic personality with leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Have a good networking on baby shops.
• A keen interest in fashion.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa.
• Have experience handling online sales/e-commerce and social media.
