Talent Acquisition Specialist
About this position
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers, and maintaining effective communication with candidates and third-party recruiters.
Responsibilities
• Assist and coordinate with hiring managers to identify the candidate selection criteria and expectations.
• Responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for all personally assigned requisitions from requirements definition, sourcing, selection through to onboarding and for the first 6 months of employees’ tenure.
• Manage all channels to the active candidate market including employee referral, e-sourcing, online advertising, events and agencies.
• Maintain reports including and not limited to interview reports, feedbacks, tests, onboarding and related documents to support the hiring process.
• Liaise with third parties recruiter.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in Psychology.
• Proven work experience minimum 5 years in related field, with solid track record in managing Recruitment, Talent, Performance, and Organizational Development.
• Preferably experienced in FMCG Industry.
• Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced, manage time and work strict deadlines.
• The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
• Ready to join ASAP.
• Work placement: Head Office, Sunter, North Jakarta.
