About this position

The Storekeeper (Staff Gudang) in Bali is responsible for ensuring the proper receiving, storing, preparing, and packaging of goods according to established procedures. They also handle inventory checks, record-keeping, and maintaining cleanliness in the work environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the receiving, storing, preparing, and packaging processes are in line with established procedures
• Conduct item checks for quantity and condition
• Handle the receiving and issuing of goods
• Record goods received and delivery notes
• Place goods according to specified procedures and update Stock cards
• Prepare goods as requested
• Pack goods as needed
• Coordinate with shipping companies for deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness in the work environment

Requirements

• Maximum age of 30 years old
• Minimum high school education or equivalent
• Able to work independently
• Willing to work in shifts
• Willing to work overtime when needed
• Placement in Bali
