Sales Admin
About this position
The Sales Admin position involves managing the order recording process, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring effective delivery and documentation of goods.
Responsibilities
• Perform order recording process from Purchase Order to SAP
• Create Sales Order and Delivery order in SAP
• Conduct stock checks for ordering purposes, supply and delivery of goods
• Fill out the necessary forms related to both regular delivery and special treatment delivery
• Coordinate with the SCM department in order to process goods delivery and give support in case of problems with the delivery
• Conducting the process of return and replacement documents on products sold.
• Help control the allocation of goods from team planning
• Conduct a new dealer and change dealer data into SAP system.
• Coordinate with Finance team regarding payment from customer.
• Supports credit proposal from sales team and forward to department Finance.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree from any major
• Have minimum 2 years experience(s) in admin sales
• Fluent in english both speaking, writing, and listening
• Able to work independently and effectively in a team
• Detail oriented and have positive working attitude
• Excellent in problem solving and able to work under pressure
