About this position

Provide good quality of B/L for all Indonesia by the coordination and communication with GBSI or Agency Documentation team, especially for GA/ ELITE shipments or customers. Generate data at LARA and NOVA for issuance B/L if needed or as escalation. Monitoring and managing issue relate to documentation include manifest and release documentation at counter of GA/ ELITE customers. Follow by providing a timely and proper solution as a follow up base on discussion with direct supervisor or manager.

Responsibilities

• Local customs declaration for Import
• Checking/Monitoring import NOA in the LARA system and to send to the customer from LARA to WEB as per CMA CGM Group and agency
• Manage GIS Dashboard on a daily basis (DEL address verification)
• Pre-Invoicing Controls & Invoicing
• Handle communication with customers and internal parties at agency with GBSI and other contact in group as part of following up customer’s requirement and or solve an issue/ potential case/ claim
• Handle Import call closure
• Shall be familiar with procedures of telex release, amendment B/L, lost BL and other customer inquiries relate to documentation
• Maintain and expand knowledge of documentation services rules and else as stipulated
• Manage Cargo Release (incl. on carriage / Empty return)
• Attend Documentation weekly meeting or any spot meeting
• Attend the training, mandatory or not mandatory, as needed or as support of his/her role and responsibility
• Any other assignment as and when assigned by superior

Requirements

• Min. 1 years working experience in international shipping / freight-forwarding
• Bachelor’s Degree in Sea Transportation Management preferably or qualified in customer handling
• English Fluency in communication and correspondence
• Knowledge of trade / destination rules
• Good communication
• Proficient in system and computer literacy
• Strong dynamic leadership, team leader, high integrity, honest
• Highly motivated, result oriented individual with organization skills and ability to solve problems
• Attained to detail and analytical mind
