About this position

The Senior Project Architect is responsible for designing concepts and coordinating work results for master plans, site plans, and buildings.

Responsibilities

• Designing concepts & designs for master plans, site plans & buildings
• Able to coordinate work results with other departments, if necessary carry out site visits/field visits

Requirements

• Minimal Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Experienced min. 10 years as Architect, in a developer company is a plus
• Understand contour drawings, land elevation, building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes, especially for new development projects
• Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design and visualization tools (Revit is a plus)
• Have a good communication and coordination
• Able to work under tight deadline
• Willing to be placed at Bogor, Jawa Barat
