About this position

The Quantity Surveyor Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing various activities related to contract and cost management, ensuring effective coordination and execution of projects.

Responsibilities

• Manages, oversees coordination and guide activities of the function covering: contract, tender documentation, tender evaluation, value engineering and cost awareness and management, post contract management
• Monitoring subcontractors, safety practices, construction progress and material needs, including any changes which may impact costs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management
• Having 3 years of proven experience as Quantity Surveyor Manager in reputable developer company
• Proficiency in cost estimation and cost management techniques
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail, leadership, and team management skills
• Will be handling our newest project at Sentul, Bogor
