About this position
Responsibilities
• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Min. 2 years of working experience as Quantity Surveyor Analyst in a developer company - Landed House
• Construction estimating or finance experience is advantageous
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills
• Willing to be placed in Sentul, Bogor
