About this position

The Project Officer will be responsible for communicating with key stakeholders, coordinating working groups, and compiling data to support project completion. They will also conduct research and analysis to identify trends and prepare project briefs for informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees, and consultations to facilitate the exchange of information and support project completion in line with project plans
• Source, collate, and compile data and information to identify emerging issues and track and report on project progress against established milestones and deliverables
• Undertake research and analysis, identifying trends and preparing project briefs, to support informed decision-making and planning

Requirements

• Minimal Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Master’s Degree in Management
• Having experience as a Project Officer in a developer company is a plus
• Proficiency in Project Management, Financial Statements, and Data Analysis
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Have good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Will be handling Citra Ecopolis Raya at CitraRaya, Cikupa, Tangerang
