About this position

The NOC Staff is responsible for monitoring operations, servicing servers, and managing network and telecommunication equipment in data centers and other organizations.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out monitoring operations, servicing servers, network and telecommunication equipment in data centers and other organizations
• Monitor data center infrastructure, servers, and computer networks for issues from a centralized location
• Providing excellent customer service by promptly resolving issues
• Ensure that data center performance are always on standard
• Provide guidance to field technicians when required

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year working experience in NOC
• Minimum Associate Degree holder
• Able to communicate well verbally and in writing
• Have knowledge about basic networking
• Familiar with Monitoring Tools
• Familiar with Excel / Spreadsheet
• Willing to work with shifting schedule
