About this position

The Quality Assurance Supervisor for garments will be responsible for overseeing the quality of garment production at various manufacturing suppliers in the Bandung area. They will work closely with Merchandising Production & Merchandising Development to ensure quality, quantity, and timely production. The supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining quality throughout the production process and ensuring efficient QC processes to meet shipment schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality of garment production at manufacturing suppliers in Bandung area
• Coordinate with Merchandising Production & Merchandising Development for quality control
• Ensure quality at each stage of production process
• Provide solutions and recommendations for garment production processes
• Ensure efficient QC processes for timely shipments

Requirements

• Minimum D3 degree in Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Good knowledge of garment QC processes
• Minimum 5 years experience in production supervision for retail fashion companies
• Willing to work mobile for QC at manufacturing suppliers in Bandung
• Honest, highly motivated, disciplined, effective, efficient, and flexible
• Able to work individually and collaborate with other relevant divisions
• Immediate availability preferred
