Purchasing Staff (Garment)
About this position
The Purchasing Staff for Garment is responsible for handling purchasing requests, negotiating with suppliers, creating purchase orders, inputting data into the ERP system, and managing all purchasing-related documentation and contracts.
Responsibilities
• Receive purchasing requests from various departments for garment materials, store operational needs, and general supplies
• Negotiate with suppliers for the best prices and quality of materials
• Create purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Input data into the ERP system
• Prepare and maintain all purchasing documentation and contracts
Requirements
• Minimum D3 education with good work ethics
• At least 2 years of experience as a Purchasing Staff, preferably in the garment industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel), especially VLOOKUP and Pivot Table
• Familiarity with ERP system, SAP is a plus
• Willing to work in Penjaringan, North Jakarta
