About this position

The eCommerce Supervisor will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of online stores on various marketplaces, developing promotional strategies to increase sales, and optimizing sales through Live Streaming sessions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational aspects of online stores such as product uploads, stock updates, and pricing adjustments on marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, Blibli.com, Zalora, and TikTok Shop.
• Organize all features available on eCommerce marketplaces, such as official store vouchers, flash sales, feeds, and broadcast features.
• Develop promotional strategies to increase sales revenue monthly through official online store operations on multiple marketplaces and during Live Streaming sessions.
• Manage and optimize sales from Live Streaming sessions on various marketplaces (Shopee, TikTok), schedule Host Live Streaming sessions to maximize sales.

Requirements

• Maximum age of 30 years old, with a good work ethic.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field of study.
• 3-4 years of experience in handling Official Stores on Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, Blibli.com, and TikTok Shop, as well as experience in managing Live Streaming sessions.
• Familiarity with marketplace features like Flash Sale, Feeds, and the use of Ads such as Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads (CPAS), etc.
• Ability to work in a team, multitask, lead and manage eCommerce and Live Streaming teams.
• Preferably familiar with systems like Jubelio, Live Streaming OBS (Open Broadcast Software), etc.
• Willing to be placed in Penjaringan, North Jakarta.
