About this position

PT Cahaya Murni Central Java is looking for a Head of Plastic Injection Machine Maintenance to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and overseeing maintenance activities for production equipment and machines.

Responsibilities

• Plan maintenance activities for production equipment and machines including preventive maintenance, overhaul, and repair of damaged machine equipment.
• Experience in repairing injection molding machines, auto loaders, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and other utilities.
• Supervise maintenance activities to ensure smooth production processes, reduce equipment downtime due to breakdowns, maintain quality consistency, and extend equipment life.
• Master and implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) especially AM (Autonomous Maintenance) and PM (Preventive Maintenance).
• Identify maintenance needs and requirements.
• Responsible for forming, managing, and developing the maintenance team.
• Prepare reports, analysis, and evaluations of production machine maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Experience in Manufacturing Companies specializing in Injection Molding is preferred.
• Familiar with sensors, mechanics, and production machines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Placement in Semarang, Central Java.
