The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for providing strategic leadership for the entire organization by working with the Board of Directors to develop and implement long-term goals, strategies, plans and policies. • Proven experience as a CEO or similar leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to delegate effectively
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
