About this position

The Procurement Supervisor is responsible for updating data for lease extensions/relocations of all BAV branch offices, reviewing legal documents, ensuring all lease documents are signed, reviewing procurement requests, updating vendor legalities, reviewing vendor agreements, and processing procurement requests from users.

Responsibilities

• Update data for lease extensions/relocations of all BAV branch offices
• Review legal documents and ensure all lease documents are signed
• Review procurement requests and compare prices
• Update vendor legalities for existing and new vendors
• Review vendor agreements related to procurement and ensure continuation of agreements
• Update lease-related documents
• Review procurement SOPs and forward to internal Procurement Department
• Process procurement requests from users and ensure availability according to SLA

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement & General Affairs
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Accountability and integrity
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to adapt quickly
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel to all BAV branch locations
