Individual Lending Province Manager - East Java
About this position
The Individual Lending Province Manager in East Java is responsible for building a business network, supervising regional and area managers, managing multiple regions and branch offices, and ensuring business growth in the working area.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for building a business network, conducting business surveys and assisting the readiness of branch infrastructure and fulfilling human resources in the working area
• Responsible for supervising and monitoring the performance of the Regional Manager and Area Manager and coordinating with the Distribution team at the Head Office
• Responsible for managing 3 – 5 regions with a total of 40 - 80 branch offices
• Making planning and execution of efforts to achieve the targets set for Total Financing, Number of Customers/Partners, Portfolio Performance, NPL or PAR
• Conducting market research for the managed area in accordance with the business expansion plan
• Ensure that SOP are implemented correctly
• Conducting regular supervision and monitoring for all branches under its management
• Manage installment payments for all branches under his management so that NPL can be maintained on target
• Prepare a written report on the results of supervision and monitoring of the area and branches under its management
• Take corrective action for all area and branch activities that are not in accordance with the SOP
• Provide guidance to all Branch Managers and branch office staff
• Coordinate with the Business Support and Operations Section at the Head Office, related to targets, budgets and work plans
• Determine regional work plans in accordance with predetermined targets and budgets
• Responsible for business growth in the working area
• Establish a Region Office and determine the scope of its working area
• Ensuring that all aspects of licensing in the area are met in relation to the existence of Region, Area, and Branch Offices
• Determining Area offices and branches under each of the said Areas
• Fulfill all manpower needs in Regional, Area, and Branches, through coordinated recruitment and training process with the Business Support Section at the Head Office
• Ensuring that all operational aspects can run well, as well as ensuring the achievement of business targets that have been set with good performance results
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor Degree and have experience in micro finance at least 5 - 10 year
• Outstanding experienced as Senior Leader at least 3 years
• Have the ability to assess market demand and trends in microfinance products
• Have the ability to make independent decisions if needed
• Integrity is a must
• Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Analytical with strong demonstrated problem-solving abilities
• Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and achieve set targets
• Able to work well under pressure and handle fast-pace, emergency and changing situations
