About this position
Responsibilities
• Meet business plans and sales targets for Bina Usaha products.
• Create and manage a quality Bina Usaha portfolio.
• Acquire new customer prospects.
• Sell Bina Usaha products to potential customers using adequate sales techniques and marketing activities.
• Understand products and requirements offered by the Individual Lending department and other departments within Bina Artha Ventura.
• Inform potential customers about Bina Usaha products, screen customers according to existing requirements.
• Conduct feasibility surveys of potential customers by visiting their homes and businesses.
• Assess the feasibility of potential customers through the 'Loan Assessment Form'.
• Prepare a brief proposal using the 'Credit Committee Proposal Form'.
• Ensure all credit committee requirements are met before loan disbursement.
• Inform customers about the credit committee's decisions regarding loan amount, loan term, and customer requirements before disbursement.
Requirements
• Minimum D3 degree from any major.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to be placed in the Tarutung area.
