About this position

The Business Officer at Dolok Sanggul is responsible for meeting business plans and sales targets, managing a quality portfolio, acquiring new customers, selling products to potential customers, informing customers about products, assessing customer eligibility, preparing proposals, and ensuring credit requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Meet business plans and sales targets for Bina Usaha products.
• Manage a quality Bina Usaha portfolio.
• Acquire new customers.
• Sell Bina Usaha products to potential customers using appropriate sales techniques.
• Understand products offered by the Individual Lending department and other departments within Bina Artha Ventura.
• Inform potential customers about Bina Usaha products and screen customers according to requirements.
• Conduct feasibility surveys by visiting customers' homes and businesses.
• Assess customer eligibility through the 'Loan Assessment Form'.
• Prepare concise proposals using the 'Credit Committee Proposal Form'.
• Ensure all credit committee requirements are met before disbursement.
• Inform customers about credit committee decisions regarding loan amount, loan term, and customer requirements before disbursement.

Requirements

• Minimum D3 degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to be placed in the Dolok Sanggul area.
