About this position

The Branch Manager at Bina Group in Sidareja is responsible for conducting surveys and socializing products and company at the district and village levels. They are also in charge of scheduling meetings, monitoring staff performance, providing daily realization estimates, and leading branch meetings for performance evaluation and weekly planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys and socialize products and company at the district and village levels.
• Schedule meetings with groups.
• Monitor and evaluate AO performance and administration & cashier periodically.
• Provide daily realization estimates.
• Provide information on the number of partners and daily financing needs according to agreed SLAs.
• Periodically monitor all registered groups.
• Prepare monthly branch reports.
• Lead weekly branch meetings for performance evaluation and planning for the following week.

Requirements

• Minimum D3 education in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking or finance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership (Supervisor/Team Leader).
• Leadership qualities, communicative, disciplined, and honest.
• Must have a motorcycle + SIM C.
• Willing to be placed in the Sidareja area.
