The Branch Manager at Bina Group in Muara Enim is responsible for conducting surveys and socializing products and company at the district and village levels. They are also in charge of scheduling meetings, monitoring performance, providing daily realization estimates, and leading branch meetings for performance evaluation and planning.
Responsibilities
• Conduct surveys and socialize products and company at the district and village levels.
• Schedule meetings with groups.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AO, administration, and cashiers regularly.
• Provide daily realization estimates.
• Provide information on the number of partners and financing needs per day according to agreed SLAs.
• Periodically monitor all registered groups.
• Prepare monthly branch reports.
• Lead weekly branch meetings for performance evaluation and planning.
Requirements
• Minimum D3 education in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking or finance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership (Supervisor/Team Leader).
• Leadership qualities, communicative, disciplined, and honest.
• Must have a motorcycle + SIM C.
• Willing to be placed in the Muara Enim area.
