About this position

The Sales Operation Manager at Indonesia Dream Jobs by Huneety is responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations of the company. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, and ensuring efficient sales processes. The Sales Operation Manager reports directly to the Director of Sales and collaborates with various teams to drive sales growth and achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies and objectives to achieve company sales targets.
• Manage and oversee the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to enhance sales opportunities.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between the sales team and other departments.
• Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to motivate and drive the sales team towards achieving targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales operations management, preferably in the recruitment industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve sales operation issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with sales teams and other departments.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales operation tools to track and analyze sales data.
