We provide financing to low income clients across Java and to rapidly grow to be one of the best microfinance institutions in Indonesia. We have 332 branches across Java and sulawesi, and serve more than 340,000 clients in November 2018.
The Area Manager will be responsible for managing 5-7 branch offices, planning and executing strategies to achieve set targets, conducting market research, ensuring compliance with SOPs, supervising and monitoring branches, managing loan repayments to maintain NPL targets, preparing written reports, implementing corrective actions, providing guidance to Branch Managers and staff, and participating in recruitment and training processes.

Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• 3 years experience in microfinance or 5 years in general banking or financing
• Previous experience as a Branch Manager
• Good communication skills
• Ability to build relationships internally and externally
• Results-oriented
• Proficient in MS Office
• Willing to work in the field
• Own transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to interact well with rural women
• Work area includes Polewali
• Preferably based in Sulawesi Barat
