The Area Manager in Situbondo is responsible for managing 5-7 branch offices, executing plans to achieve set targets, conducting market research, ensuring compliance with SOPs, monitoring branch performance, managing loan repayments, preparing reports, providing guidance to Branch Managers and staff, and participating in recruitment and training processes.

Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• 3 years experience in microfinance or 5 years in general banking or financing
• Previous experience as a Branch Manager
• Good communication skills
• Ability to build relationships
• Results-oriented
• Proficient in MS Office
• Willing to work in the field
• Own transportation and Driver's License
• Ability to interact well with rural women
• Willing to be placed in Situbondo
