About this position
Responsibilities
• Lead and direct the team to ensure optimal service availability
• Dividing tasks and responsibilities to monitoring team members according to expertise and operational needs.
• Ensure that all monitoring systems (monitoring tools) run well and accurately.
• Oversee 24/7 service monitoring activities to detect potential problems or service disruptions early.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve process monitoring and incident response
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years experience as a leader in operations team and monitoring production tools.
• Implement / Integrated Monitoring Tools Datadog, Windows Server, Linux, Web Server (IIS, Nginx).
• Create automate action alert, SQL Query
