About this position

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand our customer base within the HORECA sector. You will lead a team of sales professionals, foster strong relationships with clients, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the HORECA market
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the HORECA sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Willingness to be mobile as needed
