Talent Consultant
About this position
The Talent Consultant is responsible for attracting and identifying qualified candidates for various positions, particularly in the IT industry, through effective recruitment strategies and collaboration with HR.
Responsibilities
• Writing and posting job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms also collaboration with HR Recruitment to get the potential candidate.
• Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conducting initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates skill & experiences.
• Administering pre-employment assessments or tests.
• Checking references and conducting background checks on potential hires.
• Manage database from active employee in project and potential candidates.
• Collaboration with HR Recruitment to submit documents hiring.
• Administrative for new employee in internal Dept.
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Experience as a recruiter in IT industry minimum 2 years (will be advantage).
• Have knowledge about psychological test and interview skill.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skill, energetic, high motivated, result oriented, good initiative, able to work under-pressure, and proficient in computer operation.
• Willing to learn new things related to IT software product such as phyton, .net, Java, etc. (experienced on Tech or IT is preferable).
• English language skill (Mandarin or Japanese is advantage).
• Possess Hunter Mindset.
• Willing to travel.
