Network Operation Center
About this position
The position involves monitoring and supporting network operations at a customer site, requiring strong technical skills and effective communication.
Responsibilities
• Standby On Site at Customer (Shifting 24x7)
• Day to day monitoring, operation and reporting
• Responsible to troubleshooting and escalate to other team
• Responsible to implement and support networking solution (project or maintenance)
Requirements
• Good knowledge in network design, concept and implementation
• Strong knowledge in network engineering (TCP/IP, Routing/Switching, Wireless Network, Bridging network, Security & VLAN, F5, Fortigate, Aruba Network include Clearpass and Mobility Controller, etc)
• Good communication skill (Indonesia and English)
• Adaptable and self-motivated with good problems solving skill
• Distress shooting jaringan
• Have a certification is a plus
