About this position
The IT Helpdesk position involves providing technical support to end-users and maintaining IT systems, with a focus on hardware and software issues.
Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email and remote access
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on the use of hardware and software.
• Maintain an inventory of hardware and software.
• Keep track of IT support requests and resolutions.
• Provide regular reports to the COMPANY on IT support activities
Requirements
• Diploma 3 - Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer science
• Min. 3 years of experiences in Oil & Gas
• Proficient in speak Bahasa and English
• Good knowledge about Hardware and Software
• Familiar with Microsoft and CISCO product (have certificate more preferable)
• Knowledge of SharePoint portal
• Experience in providing support Field Sites
