About this position
The Inside Sales position involves maintaining existing accounts and establishing new ones by effectively managing daily work schedules and engaging with potential customers.
Responsibilities
• Maintain existing accounts and establishes new accounts database by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales opportunity, including canvassing if necessary.
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers (doing sales via e-Katalog LKPP).
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
• Having experience of working as Business Representative; Inside Sales more than 1 year.
• Previous background from IT company or selling product IT experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and individually, honest, discipline, willingness to work under pressure.
• Greatly motivated and result oriented.
• Able to use computer literacy (Ms. Excel).
• Having a good communication skill and negotiation Skills.
