The Inside Sales LKPP position involves communicating with customers, identifying sales opportunities, maintaining a customer database, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers (doing sales via e-Katalog LKPP).
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
• Having experience of working as Inside Sales, Telesales/Telemarketing more than 1 year.
• Previous background from IT / Telecommunication company or selling product IT/ Telecommunication experience is preferred.
• Dress neatly, ability to work in a team and individually, honest, discipline, willingness to work under pressure.
• Greatly motivated and result oriented.
• Able to use computer literacy (Ms. Excel).
• Having a good communication skill and Negotiation Skills.
• Having passion in Marketing & Sales.
