About this position
Responsibilities
• Analyze customer needs
• Provide solutions and give recommendations to the customer according to their needs
• Preventive and corrective maintenance
• Monitoring network, collaboration and security device
• Responsive services
• Ensure continued smooth operation of the network infrastructure, minimize network downtime users
• Proactively monitor and analyze network performance to detect and resolve issues
• Report day to day to Supervisor
• Support after working hours
Requirements
• At least Diploma in information technology or equivalent
• Having experience 2+ years as a L2/L3 routing and switching data center and campus network such as planning, design, implementation, configuration, troubleshooting or Dis reshooting and performance tuning
• Having experience Huawei NCE Campus Fabric dan NCE Campus Insight
• Advance network architecture and administration
• Deep understanding of protocols network (TCP/IP, WINS, DNS, DHCP, Hubs, Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Wiring); TCP/IP, Internet and networking (LAN, WAN)
• Preferably having professional certification such as HCNA/HCIA
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
• Good communication & interpersonal skills such as presentation, dedicated on client, collaborative, focuses on result and work under pressure
• Willing to working roaster system onsite-offsite; 70 days onsite and 14 days offsite calendar, 6 days a week 07.00-17.00
• Fluent speaking and writing in English
• Willing to travel
