About this position
The Purchasing Temporary position involves managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, and maintaining purchasing records.
Responsibilities
• Make a PO, to ensure the progress of the work until the goods/services are sent on demand Users.
• Identify price trends and future availability of materials and goods locating vendors
• Negotiating prices, lead time, warranty, and price comparation
• Looking for Forwarder who can provide goods/services according to User's request.
• Looking for Trucking vendors for deliveries from the logistics department
• Carry out the purchasing process in accordance with the applicable SOP.
• Maintaining purchase records and administration
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree Mechanical, Electrical and related to engineering/HVAC
• Understand construction techniques and automation system
• Able to negotiate and communicative
• Able to communicate with English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Familiar and able to operate SAP
• Temporarily for 3-4 months
