Purchasing Temporary
About this position
The Purchasing Temporary will be responsible for creating purchase orders, identifying price trends, negotiating with vendors, and maintaining purchase records. The position requires someone with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields, knowledge of construction techniques and automation systems, strong negotiation and communication skills, proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, familiarity with SAP, and availability for a temporary position lasting 3-4 months.
Responsibilities
• Make a PO, to ensure the progress of the work until the goods/services are sent on demand Users.
• Identify price trends and future availability of materials and goods locating vendors
• Negotiating prices, lead time, warranty, and price comparation
• Looking for Forwarder who can provide goods/services according to User's request.
• Looking for Trucking vendors for deliveries from the logistics department
• Carry out the purchasing process in accordance with the applicable SOP.
• Maintaining purchase records and administration
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree Mechanical, Electrical and related to engineering/HVAC
• Understand construction techniques and automation system
• Able to negotiate and communicative
• Able to communicate with English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Familiar and able to operate SAP
