About this position

The Relationship Manager Upper Small is responsible for managing and developing relationships with potential and existing customers, focusing on generating revenue through effective credit management and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and approach new potential customer (preferably those who have managed a loan portfolio with minimum credit limit start from 5 billion/account to 25 billion/account.
• Preparing credit proposals as well as financial and credit analysis of both new and existing customers.
• Maintaining good relationship with existing customers by providing excellent services.
• Providing credit recommendation & pipeline to the Credit Committee.
• Responsible in developing and maintaining the portfolio in order to generate revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any related majors
• At least 3 years’ of working experience in banking, especially on SME Business.
• Strong analytical and good credit risk assessment skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking abilities to build and support a good pipeline of prospective clients.
• Must be self-driven, hardworking, goal-oriented, and proactive.
