About this position

PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk is seeking a System Analyst for its Core Banking System, responsible for leading product development and enhancements while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Product Owner for Bank Neo Commerce Core Banking and Internal Applications, responsible for leading product development and enhancements within defined scopes.
• Collaborating closely with business users, IT development teams, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless product delivery and maintain high quality.
• Acting as a critical liaison between the Product and IT Development teams, ensuring that business requirements are clearly translated into best technical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, System Information, or any related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Banking or Financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of AS400.
• Professional level knowledge of management tools such as MS Office, Google Suites, and risk management tools.
• Have a good strategic planning intuition, strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in cross-function collaboration especially with Product and Tech team and defining priority list.
• Fluent in English.
