About this position

PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk is seeking a Lending Product Manager to develop and manage lending products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs while optimizing technology in the banking ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop Product Strategy & Roadmap: Set the vision and plan for lending products to align with business goals and customer needs.
• Lead Product Development & Launch: Manage product creation from concept to launch, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.
• Optimize User Journey & Improve Conversion: Enhance loan application flows to boost conversion and user satisfaction.
• Manage Internal & External Stakeholders: Coordinate with teams and partners to ensure seamless product execution.
• Ensure Data-Driven Decisions: Use key metrics and analytics to guide product improvements and identify growth areas.
• Monitor Regulatory Compliance & Manage Risks: Ensure compliance with regulations and mitigate risks with internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused on financial products (preferably lending).
• Strong understanding of lending products, and financial regulations.
• Proven track record of managing the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, with successful outcomes.
• Expertise in data-driven decision-making, with proficiency in data tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Mixpanel.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Figma, and other tools).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
