About this position

Ninja Van is a tech-enabled logistics company on a mission to provide hassle-free delivery services for businesses of all sizes across Southeast Asia. We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Resolved customer request and complaint
• Provide professional customer support

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, fresh graduate are also welcome to apply
• Required Skill(s): Communication, Customer Servicing, Administration, Ms. Office, Ms. Excel
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Customer Service, Telemarketing or equivalent.
• Willing to work in shifting and/or weekends and public holiday
• Good communication and administration skills
